    Finally arrived. Must be patient but it did arrive. Excellent case. Heavy and solid. Love that your phone never gets hot. Haven’t dropped my phone as of yet to see if it actually is protective but 5 stars for customer service and easy instructions. Extra screws are in the little box with screwdriver.

    Having just traveled in the heat of summer for two weeks in Italy, for the first time I was getting iPhone unavailable errors, functions would seize, the camera would quit working.
