I purchased this in the anti blue light for a new iPhone 16. It was super easy to install. I took care to clean both the phone screen and the sticky side of the protector. It applied easily and I had absolutely NO bubbles — no reason to smooth out the top of the protector against the screen. Totally simple! I strongly recommend this one. This went on flawlessly, and you can't even tell it's there.
You can see the blue blocking if you look at it under the light at an angle with the screen off, but other than that, it's just like looking at the bare screen, no noticeable color interference with photos or video.

Whether it’s placebo or not, I’ve noticed that I’ve been able to unwind when I read on my phone before bed and there’s less strain on my eyes. I don’t notice any significant color differences when watching movies and shows, and I adjusted to it pretty quick.
