My product, a case for my new iPad 8th Generation, is sturdy, nicely sewn together, and arrived in a cardboard box that protected it; and it arrived earlier than projected. I had a glitch in my email address so I sent them an email with a correction and a response came within minutes advising me that it was corrected. This company gives a good name to ecommerce! Thumbs up. I had to replace my Targus case when I bought a new iPad. It was difficult to find all the features I was used to: rotating and deep grooves to make it stand upright and at different levels. A+ and lighter than my old case. Happy customer.

It doesn’t fit. I would like to exchange for one that fits.

Incredibly easy to insert iPad…put in place and push lightly. I can access my volume buttons, on/off button and charging port so much more easily than my previous non casebook cover. I also love that I can rotate the screen to suit my purposes. Locking the cover closed with the elastic band for greater screen protection is a clever feature. A great buy!

I love this case. It allows me to comfortably hold my iPad many different ways. With the ultra flat case, I never felt I had a good, comfortable grip.

All I have to say it is perfect! Since this is an old ipad I was really concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a perfect fit but I did with Casebus
