Its the wrong case. The case is too small. I need the next biggest size. Did you put in the wrong sized case I know I have a galaxy s24. What do I do?

There are indeed a lot of Samsung Galaxy models, so we check carefully one by one before shipment to ensure that there is no mistake. However, sometimes we notice that the customers may not know their model clearly. Of course, it is our responsibility to let customers know their model. Please turn on the phone and go through Settings-General-About to verify your Samsung Galaxy model. We will follow your case until you'r happy with your product.

I ordered the Bryce wallet case because the company from which I had ordered cases for my past two phones (and two cases for my wife's phones) decided it would no longer ship to Hawaii. I really love your iPhone wallets. Every time I upgrade my phone I order a new wallet case. I thought I was going to keep my iPhone 14 Pro Max a lot longer and Oder a new one to replace my old one. Then my carrier. Had a good deal for the 17 pro max so I got a new phone so I had to order a new wallet. Guess I’ll see if I can sell my almost new one on line for the 14. Love casebus! Good quality

This case is a good solid no-nonsense practical design, well-crafted.
That it has three separate pressure buttons on the side for on/off, decrease volume, and increase volume is a big plus eliminating turning up the volume when you really need to turn it down!
