There are indeed a lot of iphone models, so we check carefully one by one before shipment to ensure that there is no mistake. However, sometimes we notice that the customers may not know their model clearly. Of course, it is our responsibility to let customers know their model. Please turn on the iPhone and go through Settings-General-About to verify your iPhone model. Once we receive your information, we will arrange a correct replacement case and reship it to you as soon as possible.
We will assist you throughout the whole process until you are fully satisfied.

I love my Wynter brown case for my iPhone 16. This is the second one I have bought. The first one was great, but somehow I got the strap caught in something and the ring that attaches the strap to the case broke off. I think it is an excellent product and I enjoy using it.
